By creating an account or using pressd.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, whether on a free or paid plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on pressd.in.
pressd.in is a professional presence platform. You agree to use it for legitimate professional purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, with or without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create on pressd.in, including decks, cards, scrolls, profile information, and uploaded media.
By publishing content on pressd.in, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service -- for example, rendering your public profile, generating share previews, and delivering content to visitors who access your profile URL.
This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account.
pressd.in offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts are subject to usage limits (number of decks, cards, scrolls, and features). Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their accounts.
pressd.in may offer AI-powered features (such as deck building assistance). AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you before publishing. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Paid plans may include API access. API keys are issued per account and must not be shared publicly. API usage is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or exceed fair-use limits.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or remain inactive for an extended period (with prior notice for inactivity).
Upon termination, your public profile and content will be removed. You may request an export of your data before closing your account.
pressd.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pressd.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of pressd.in after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
