- Profile content -- decks, cards, scrolls, and other content you create
- Usage data -- page views, card interactions, scroll reading depth, and referrer
information
- Device and browser information -- browser type, operating system, and screen
size for analytics
- IP addresses -- used for approximate geographic location in analytics and
for security purposes
- Payment information -- processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card
numbers

- Providing and maintaining the pressd.in service
- Displaying your public profile, decks, and scrolls to visitors
- Generating analytics and engagement insights for your account
- Sending transactional emails (account verification, password resets, notifications)
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions
- Improving the service through aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate pressd.in:
- Supabase -- database hosting, authentication, and file storage
- Stripe -- payment processing for paid plans
- Vercel -- application hosting and edge delivery
- Resend -- transactional email delivery
- Anthropic -- AI-powered features such as deck building assistance
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data
necessary for each service to function.
4. Cookies and Tracking
- Session cookies -- essential for authentication; these keep you logged in
- Analytics tokens -- used to track deck and scroll engagement (views, interactions,
referrers)
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your content and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can
delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, which will permanently
remove your profile, decks, scrolls, and associated analytics data.
Some anonymised, aggregated data (such as total platform usage statistics) may be retained
after account deletion.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
pressd.in respects your data rights. You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request a portable export of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed
passwords, row-level security on all database tables, and secure API key management. No
system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated
via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of pressd.in after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
